Jaimal is a seasoned product leader, engineer, and former Y Combinator founder (w2015) with expertise in healthcare and AI. Over the last 6.5 years, he has led various functions at Segment. He partnered with Saran to launch Segment for Healthcare and co-led R&D for Twilio's CustomerAI, which leverages both generative and predictive AI.

Jaimal led the Global Sales Engineering team at Segment, a key role that preceded the company's $3.2 billion acquisition by Twilio. Prior to Segment, he held various roles at Boomtrain, an AI-driven personalization platform that was later acquired by Zeta. Jaimal holds both an undergraduate and a master'sdegree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Saran is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and healthcare, and holding a proven track record of building teams and fostering a culture of innovation. Most recently, as the Head of Cloud Infrastructure Engineering at Twilio, where he expanded a global team from 9 to 60 members in just one year. In collaboration with Jaimal, he also launched Twilio Segment's Healthcare CDP. During his tenure at Visa, Saran modernized the company's Digital and Developer products by introducing Visa’s first Kubernetes-based platform. At Deloitte, he led multiple government health benefits initiatives, including the integration of Pennsylvania's health insurance exchange with the federal system as part of the Obamacare program. Saran holds an MBA from Penn State and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He has also mentored startups through First Round Fast Track and Plato.

Pankaj is Director of Brain Tumor and Skull Base Surgery at the Providence Brain and SpineInstitute in Oregon. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Oregon Clinic, a 200physician multi-specialty medical group

He graduated with his B.A. from the University of Virginia and received his Doctorate of Medicine from Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri. He completed his residency and fellowships in Cerebrovascular and Skull-base Neurosurgery at the Barrow Neurological Institute. He also completed a fellowship in Endoscopic and Minimally Invasive Brain Tumor surgery in Sydney, Australia. He has authored 13 peer-reviewed publications and 4 book chapters.

Eric is a cardiologist and professor of medicine at Oregon Health and Science University.

He also chairs the American College of Cardiology’s Science and Quality Committee, which is responsible for national cardiology practice guidelines and other clinical policy documents. He maintains a practice that focuses on advanced ablation and device implantation.

He received a B.S. and M.D. in the Medical Scholars Program from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He received an M.P.H. with a focus on health management and policy from the University of Michigan.

Abhinav is an experienced software engineer specializing in architecting and scaling cloud infrastructure. At Segment, he played a key role in sharding the core ingest pipeline that processed over 1M events per second, modernizing 100+ Kubernetes clusters, and introducing Graviton instances that brought significant cost savings.

During his tenure at Atlassian, he was involved in re-architecting the observability platform using OpenTelemetry and helped in recruiting and establishing the India-based SRE teams.

Abhinav holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PES University, Bangalore. In his free time, he enjoys blogging and is an avid chess player.
