Terms of Service for the Referral Reward Program

Welcome to the Referral Reward Program ("Program") offered by Insight Health AI, Inc. By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 1. Eligibility

  1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Referred users must be qualified clinicians currently working in the healthcare industry.
  3. New users referred to our service must not have an existing account or have been previously contacted by Insight Health AI, Inc. prior to the referral.

 2. Referral Rewards

Rewards for Referrers:

  • Initial Signup Reward: Referrers will earn a $10 reward for each new user who signs up for an account through their unique referral link. New users get access to Aura AI Scribe product.

  • First Purchase Reward: Referrers will earn a $250 reward when the referred user makes their first purchase.

  • Revenue Sharing: Referrers will receive 50% of the revenue generated from the purchases made by their referrals within the first year, up to a maximum of $1,000 per referral. This cap includes all types of rewards (Initial Signup, First Purchase, and Revenue Sharing) accumulated per referral.

Rewards for Referred Users:

  • New User Reward: New users who sign up through a referral link will receive a 100% discount on their first 3 months of service on the premium tier plan, which includes VCA + Aura AI Scribe products.

  • Terms of Service: Insight Health AI, Inc. (“Insight,” “we,” “us,” “our”) also provides a software platform that assists customers with patient intake (VCA), communications (Aura AI Scribe), record keeping, and similar functions (the “Services”). The terms of these Services are governed by our Terms of Service.

 3. Reward Payments

  • Rewards are denominated and paid out in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Rewards are subject to verification and will typically be credited to the referrer's account within 30 days of the qualifying event.

  • All rewards are subject to the maximum limits stated. Once a referrer reaches the $1,000 cap per referral, no further revenue share rewards will be paid for that particular referral.

 4. Modifications and Termination of the Program

  • Insight Health AI, Inc. reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this Program at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modified version on our website or provide you with other notification of the change.

  • Either party may terminate participation in this Program at any time by notifying the other party in writing. Upon termination, any accrued rewards that have not yet been paid out will be processed and delivered according to the standard payment schedule unless specified otherwise.

  • Insight Health AI, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time from participation in the Program if they do not comply with any of these terms.

  • Participants in the Program are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from rewards received as part of this Program.

  • This Program is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are legally eligible to participate in the Program under any local laws and regulations.

 7. Tracking and Reporting

  • The operation and tracking of referrals and rewards are facilitated through the use of secure, automated systems designed to ensure accurate and timely recording. Participants can access their referral data through a designated interface, which provides updates on referral status and rewards.

 8. Data Privacy

  • Insight Health AI, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal data collected through this Program. We use robust security measures to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access. Personal information will be processed and stored in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on our website.By participating in the Referral Reward Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
